Abstract
Masterly preparations, like any other practice pharmaceutical companies, demand compliance with a series of minimum requirements of quality, efficacy and safety, which are regulated by the legislations adopted for each country. Currently Costa Rica lacks a solid structure for the control of establishments of this type, which has triggered the need to modify the system used and emulate those of countries like Spain, Argentina and Chile, where regulation has been optimized
