Abstract
The thoracic gullet syndrome or operculum syndrome Thoracic (SDT) can be described as a complex of Signs and symptoms that include pain, paresthesias, weakness and discomfort in the upper limb, which is aggravated by movements of arm elevation, neck mobility and head1. These symptoms are due to compression of the package neurovascular at the exit of the upper thoracic opening.
