Abstract
The objective of this study is to determine the perception that recent graduates of the Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery have about their training and health profile. A structured questionnaire was used, based on the generic competences graduation profile, which contains 52 questions, of which 25 are related to abilities and skills, 17 related to values and attitudes, 5 related to global competences and 5 in academic training and preparation. The population was 55 professionals who graduated in 2019, with a response rate of 100%. The results indicate that the highest satisfaction rates are in the field of global competence and values and attitudes, and the lowest values are related to the development of fine motor skills, high capacity for abstraction, creativity and skills for managing teams and instrumental. These results indicate that more studies should be carried out to detect their causes and define solution strategies.
