Abstract

Pharmaceutical education allows future professionals perform effectively according
to the expectations of the patient in relation to the fulfillment of the technical quality and the lex artis; However, for many years now every level the need has been evident to train students in the development of soft skills, which are understood as those competences related to communication and relationships, motivation, teamwork, responsibility, the Honesty and commitment; as well as the proactive
attitudes to solve problems and generate innovative ideas.
