Abstract
Este artículo de revisión pretende determinar la efectividad de los bipedestadores para disminuir el porcentaje de migración femoral y mantener o aumentar el rango de abducción de caderas de niños con parálisis cerebral.
Se concluye que los bipedestadores pueden ser útiles en la prevención de la subluxación de cadera y para mantener el rango de abducción de la cadera, sin embargo, la alta heterogeneidad metodológica de los estudios revisados no permite establecer que la evidencia en estos datos sea contundente.
