Abstract
In view of the WHO since a few years ago has been investigating the role of the fields electromagnetic (CEM) in the lives of humans you can already gather some information regarding to the relationship of the use of cell phones with the generation of tumors in the head and neck and especially has been established certain recommendations for the general population. With respect to electromagnetic fields and Health the World Health Organization (WHO) created in 1996 the International CEM Project to evaluate the evidence of the possible effects on the health of EMF in the frequency range from 0 to 300 GHz.
