Abstract

It is common to find studies in the medical literature that relate the consumption of a food or the intake of nutrients with an effect on people's health. A bibliographic review is carried out focused on diet, lifestyles and risk factors in relation to the development of coronary disease. Similarly, the effect of alcohol from wine as a substance with beneficial actions in the development of cardiovascular disease.
