Abstract

Complex regional pain syndrome occurs after an injury, traumatism o surgery the exceeds initial pain, besides vasomotor deterioration and trophic changes. Its treatment is not standardized and a multimodal approach is mandatory, including pharmacological, rehabilitator and psychiatric.
