Abstract
Ewing's sarcoma in the pediatric pelvis becomes an enigma in relation to its interdisciplinary management. It is one of the most complex tumors to treat and with a reserved prognosis in many cases.
It is infrequent, but when it occurs there are few strategies in pediatric patients, in terms of their management, this review collects the most important data for the diagnosis, treatment and evolution in all cases.
