Abstract
A healthy, 68-year-old male, active smoker, who presented a history of long-term dyspnea associated with precordial pain, who was subsequently a screened for lung cancer with thoracic CT, finding a Kommerell diverticulum associated with a probable aortic vascular ring as an incidental finding.
