Abstract
En la actualidad, numerosos autores concuerdan en que las causas del llamado “Síndrome de Pinzamiento del Hombro” son multifactoriales. Estas se relación con eventos mecánicos que comprometen a los tejidos blandos subacromiales.
Algunos de los factores etiológicos comunes y que son más frecuentemente encontrados en la literatura son
•Traumas a repetición.
•Disminución de la actividad de la musculatura estabilizadora local (manguito rotador).
•Variación en la forma del acromion.
