Febrile seizures are the most frequent seizure disorder in childhood, usually benign and occur in children between 6 and 60 months of age, these are benign and self-limited, without long-term neurological sequelae, however, febrile seizures Complex diseases occur recurrently and require meticulous management. Diagnosis is fundamentally clinical and complementary tests must be reserved for specific cases and rule out other pathologies, in the case of treatment it is only indicated in the management of persistent acute crises. The objective of this article is to evaluate the population demographics, clinics, management, and potential complications of children with febrile seizures.
