Abstract

We live in a world of constant change, fashions come and go, tastes and preferences evolve and change, some things acquire value and others lose importance. Part of our work as nutritionists and as professionals in the health area is to know our environment, as well as the trends that emerge year after year and mark the tastes and preferences of the people to whom we provide a service; so that our work of education and communication is effective and our services are adapted to the specific needs of each generation.
