Abstract

Headaches are one of the two most recurring pathologies worldwide. (Stuhr, Earnshaw and Duncombe, 2014). Within the divisions of them is the tension, in which the person suffers at least one episode of headache per month, which lasts from 30 minutes to 7 days (López et al., 2016). The symptomatology associated with this pathology is: pain in the area, a high sensitivity to any stimulation and muscular contractures of the cervical musculature. (Monzani, Espí, Zurriaga and Andersen, 2016). Manual orthopedic therapy, is an area of ​​physical therapy in the management of conditions, based on neuromusculoskeletal clinical reasoning, uses treatment approaches.
