Resolución quirúrgica del íleo biliar por vía laparoscópica: reporte de caso.

Abstract

A 50-year-old female patient is referred to the emergency room for signs, symptoms and an abdominal ultrasonography that suggests bowel obstruction. In the abdominal X-Ray, a foreign body is documented in the right iliac fossa associated with pneumobilia. A clinical and ultrasonographic diagnostic of biliary ileus is made. The patient it´s taken to the OR, the intestinal obstruction is solved by laparoscopic approach. The patient recovers successfully and is discharged on the fifth postoperative day.
