Abstract

Virtual platform services have had a great boom after the COIVD-19 pandemic, becoming one of the main forms of commerce and transport today, in which medicines, vaccines or other products of health interest have been part of Said great demand, however, there is no current legislation of the Costa Rican State to regulate the marketing of drug transport through mobile platform services, and its security and veracity about maintaining its products are unknown.
