Abstract
This is why it is required to take note of some nutritional tips that can help us control those kilocalories in excess and not start the new year with more kilograms of weight. One of the main viable alternatives that we have in case we prepare the food in our homes, is to analyze the preparations both in type and amount of ingredients required, as well as in the cooking method used. The above is vital to achieve with small changes, reduction of calories without neglecting the taste and texture of food.
